Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it — unused and unaltered.
- All original tags, dust bags, and accessories included in the shipment are present and intact.
- The item has not been cleaned, treated, or repaired by a third party.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- 1Contact us by email
Send a return request to support@samuraistorejp.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. - 2Receive return authorization
We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. - 3Pack and ship the item
Securely package the item with all original accessories and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location using the prepaid label provided. - 4Inspection and refund
Once we receive the item at our facility in Japan, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If it meets our return conditions, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. You are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- The full purchase price (including any DDP duty surcharge paid at checkout) will be refunded.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. Processing times vary by payment provider.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration that were not present at the time of delivery.
- Original tags, dust bags, or included accessories are missing.
- The item has been cleaned, repaired, or modified after purchase.
If your return is not approved after inspection, the item will be returned to you at our expense, and we will provide an explanation.
