All orders from SAMURAI STORE JAPAN include free international shipping. We ship from Japan, using reliable international carriers with tracking on every shipment.
Free Shipping on Every Order
There are no shipping charges — ever. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (US orders include DDP duties; see below). We cover all shipping costs regardless of the destination or order value.
Shipping Origin
All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Japan. Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual transit times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local public holidays.

Shipment Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@samuraistorejp.com.
United States — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:
- A duty surcharge of 15.5% is calculated and included in the listed price at checkout.
- US Customs & Border Protection will not assess any additional import charges upon delivery.
- Your package will be delivered to your door without any unexpected extra fees.
All Other Countries — Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Orders to all destinations outside the United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- Import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and customs handling fees may be levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price at checkout.
- The carrier may contact you to collect these fees before releasing your package.
We recommend checking your country's import duty thresholds before ordering. For most countries, luxury handbags are classified under HS code 4202.

- Japan Post EMS — Economy express to most countries
The carrier is selected based on the destination country and current service availability. All carriers provide end-to-end tracking.
